About The Club
The primary objectives of The Leyland P76 Owners Club are to promote the Leyland P76 and Force 7 vehicles and maintain a continuing supply of replacement parts for these vehicles. The club achieves its objectives by publishing a regular newsletter which is designed to be of technical interest to owners of these vehicles and via meetings, providing a common medium through which members can exchange information easily.
The club also organises social activities for the enjoyment and benefit of members and families.

Constitution
“The Leyland P76 Owners Club” and such name shall not be changed without the concurrence of 75% of the financial members present at a General or Special Meeting, provided that 21 days’ notice is given of that meeting.

The Club was initiated in late 1981 and published its first magazine in May 1982. The beginnings of the club are an interesting reflection on both the excitement and controversy that the launch of this brand-new car had on the Australian market.
